On 12 February 2020, Trulience competed in the Zurich Innovation Championship, an annual event hosted by Zurich Insurance Group. The competition attracts entrants from around the world, presenting innovative ideas around transformation and sustainability. Trulience presented Truly, a multi-lingual, multi-talented interactive digital human to a panel of eight judges and are pleased to announce that we were selected as regional winners, being put forward to the global finals to be held in June 2020.
Truly demonstrated the capabilities of a digital human in the context of customer care. 24/7 availability in multiple languages was a compelling factor for a company wanting to offer information on their products to a global audience. The idea of being able to hold conversations with a digital human on in-premises screens as well as smartphones and laptops was seen as key in driving member engagement. We look forward to working with Zurich on building a Proof of Concept service in the future.
